Suggested Use:
Brew 8oz -16oz of water to warm temperature. Remove brewing warm water from heat. Add 2 tsp of loose tea. Steep the loose tea for 5-7mins. Remove the loose tea from the teapot. Your tea is ready to be serve!

Recommend intake is 16oz daily (8oz in the morning & 8oz at night)
